How to enroll with CGF

Prior to availing Bonds & guarantees from the CGF, it is important for you to enroll with the CGF to enable us to get to you better.

Please forward the following information depending on the legal constitution of your business.

1. Certified copy of business registration certificate
2. Certificate copies of Sole Proprietor/Partnership NIC (S)
3. Certified copy of current ICTAD registration book duly endorsed by client for working progress/works completed

1. Form 1 – certification of incorporation
2. Certified copies of articles of association (if applicable)
   
3. Board resolution on company letterhead duly certified by company secretary resolving to apply/obtain guarantee facility (ies) from the CGF.
4. Form 20 – change of directorate (if applicable)
