Presently he is attached to CGF as the monitoring officer of the Central, North Central, North Western and Uva Provinces. He has served as an Irrigation Engineer and a Senior Irrigation Engineer in the Department of Irrigation and has experience of 40 years in the field of Construction and Contract Management. Further he has served as a Consultant Engineer in quality assurance, Construction and Contract Management for the Local Government Infrastructure Improvement Project (LGIIP) funded by ADB for 02 years before joining the CGF.
